Students will be able to apply to the Ph.D. in Community Resources and Development in the spring of 2008.
Students are expected to meet the admission requirements of the Graduate College. Students applying to the program are expected to have a Masters degree from an accredited institution. They are expected to have had a master's level research methods and statistics class(es).
Applications are accepted once a year in February and students may be granted admission for fall semester only. The Ph.D. in Community Resources and Development is a full time, research intensive program. Students are admitted once a year as a cohort and are expected to complete the degree in three years.

International applicants are additionally required to submit TOEFL scores and a financial guarantee statement. The Graduate College application evaluation process takes approximately four weeks before a file is processed and forwarded to the Ph.D. Graduate Program Director.
All of these data points will be evaluated as a whole to determine admission. Only complete application files will be reviewed and considered for admission.
